The Year of the Tiger

Last night we welcomed in the Year of the Tiger with a wonderful traditional Taiwanese meal.







I marked the occassion by launching my new collection of Manhattan depression glass.



This condiment holder was perfect for the soy sauce.







Vintage tiger salt and pepper shakers from Japan brought the perfect seasonal accent to Fiesta dinnerware candle holders and a medium vase in scarlet.

My friend Shin-Lei was in charge of the menu and the cooking.



The dishes have guaranteed that we'll be prosperous for the new year!
